If we would have had a bigger picture of interpretation of Revelation, the Church would be in a much better place today. We got a very big messed up Church, especially in the Western Hemisphere. Clue: Left Behind Series was created by Hollywood. You really think God is going to obey Hollywood? No!!!! Church, please return to common sense and Revelation is a big picture of how evil is destroyed. It is that simple. All spiritual principles become physical eventually. Jesus Christ is on the throne right now. He promised to put all enemies under His feet and that is what He will do. He is The Resurrection and the Life. We got Salvation to Sanctification to Glorification. Period. Simple. The Transfiguration shows the Glorification part. In your Bibles. Stop believing Hollywood or Dallas Theologians or CI Scofield or John Darby. All heresy in multiple fronts regarding Revelation interpretation. By the way, we can bind evil. The Church lost that truth too. So, evil is running rapid like crazy now because Christians do not read the Bible or learn Church History.

The worst contradiction is that according to Matthew, Jesus was born under the reign of Herod. Luke has Jesus born under the reign of Quirinius; at least 10 years later. Even Catholic scholars accept the problems with these 2 accounts. Christians need to stop practicing idolatry and worshipping the Bible.

In the physical realm children are very emotional, having highs and lows, meltdowns and bursts of laughter. Parents try to teach them how to live not controlled by their emotions but by principles, etc. Children might think parents don’t have as much joy as they do because they don’t show their emotions in the same way. We all know the joy of a mature adult is way better than that of a child. One can draw parallels with the Christian realm and point out that young immature in the Lord Christians can’t understand the joy of mature Christians.

Agree! Deeper maturity doesn’t bring more emotional experiences yet my constant inner joy in the Lord amazes me.

My advice to you, if you genuinely want to share your faith with a Buddhist, is learn about theirs before sharing anything. I am a Zen Buddhist myself, and there are so many aspects of what you're saying here that are inaccurate and misrepresent the Dharma. They're looking into the Bible and they find the parts that could vaguely represent their ideologies then twist them into what they want, then claim "See everyone? God said this, so therefor what I'm doing is justified".
